Grayson Rose is a Seattle-based DJ, producer, and co-founder of Sub 49 Records, a label dedicated to spotlighting the global underground house and bass scene. Known for his “silly but dangerous” approach behind the decks, Grayson blends high-octane energy with clean, deliberate sound design. He balances grit, melody, and mischief in every set.

Armed with a Master’s in Music Production from Berklee College of Music, Grayson combines formal training with club-born instincts to craft polished, hard-hitting tracks. His career has taken him from local club residencies to major festival stages, including Beyond Wonderland 2024, Bumbershoot, and HARD at the Tacoma Dome. In 2022, his remix of “Stayin’ Alive” earned the title of #1 Remix of the Year on DJcity, marking a breakout moment in his production journey. By 2024, he was featured on DANCE 89.5’s On Wax, well before officially joining the station as co-host with James Gatz on Sub 49 Radio: a show dedicated to amplifying Sub 49 artists, Seattle’s vibrant dance community, and the sounds pushing electronic music forward.
